Last week a Manager and his PA from Mercedes-Benz in Newbury came to present a cheque to Mary Hare Primary School.
Mercedes-Benz employees made a collection of donations on a staff night out at the dog races. The company has also kindly decided to name Mary Hare Primary as their chosen local charity. The donation will be used towards creating a sensory garden that the school is planning for an area which used to be a sandpit.
Following a donation by the Greenham Common Trust, a new sandpit with play equipment will be created.
